“Federico” is the second edition of the award-winning story of the same title by author Eugene Y. Evasco published in 1998. The classic story is told from Buboy’s perspective, a 7-year-old boy with a friend named Federico, who has Down syndrome.
I created the art for the new edition of the classic story; with all-new artistic direction and character designs; ensuring an accurate and respectful representation of children with Down syndrome.
